"En nuestra llegada no nos trataron con amabilidad. Cuando llegamos al cuarto el lavamanos estaba lleno de pelos, el zafacón encima del inodoro y la cortina de la bañera enrollada, al parecer iban a limpiar el baño y nunca lo hicieron o no lo terminaron. La funda de la almohada estaba manchada. No nos sentimos cómodos y no se sentía limpio, solo íbamos a pasar una noche porque salíamos de viaje temprano en la mañana, única razón por la que decidimos quedarnos porque ya era tarde en la noche."

"Este Hotel está perfectamente ubicado en medio del pueblo de Cayey. Cerca de Restauntes, fuimos a Jalea 100% y Awacate 100%. Buen ambiente cerca en La Plaza y La Casita de la Musica. La verdad muy limpio y las habitaciones amplias, son literalmente apartamentos. Hagan su reserva sin dudarlo."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Nest and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel itself is a great spot if you are looking for cleanliness and comfort. Both the hotel and my room were well-maintained, tidy, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was very basic, but it was a sufficient way to start the day. However, I feel it is important to note that the surrounding street and area felt quite sketchy. There were a large number of homeless persons and street dwellers in the immediate vicinity, and they were frequently very loud throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep at times. If you are a light sleeper or are uncomfortable in busy, unpredictable urban areas, you may want to take this into account before booking. If you stick to the hotel property, it is a clean and welcoming environment, but the area right outside the doors was not ideal."

"The bathroom was dirty when checked in, the bed comforter has men hair or short hair on it. The bottom of the entrance of the door is to open and we had two roaches come in under the door. They are not all inclusive it’s only continental breakfast. The food is to expensive in the restaurant but the taste was good. We had no tv because cable was not working. You can use much of the facility because the locals take over. They were painting right next to our room and it took over the room I requested a change of room and never heard back"
