"Let me start by saying the front desk staff offered me exemplary service, they were kind, informative, and efficient, 5 star service. However the rooms need a major facelift, while they were extremely clean, there were major issues from standing water in the bathtubs to bad patch jobs all over the wall walls to rust on the doors to the fact that the refrigerator sounded like it was going to blow up. It kept me up all night long. I even recorded the noise if you’re interested. With a little bit of attention to detail this property could definitely prosper."

"What a gorgeous location. Luckily we were only there for 2 days because booking through Expedia it didn’t let us know the pool and outdoor area was under extensive renovation which meant no pool and pretty noisy with construction during the day. Had we booked this for a week or so it would have been disappointing. "

"Our stay was off to a bad vibe the minute we arrived. Nobody present at valet parking. When we approached another vehicle had previously arrived. Nobody was helping them either. The lady on 4/6 in the pant suit was rude. She came out to help the older couple. I instructed my husband to grab a cart & we'd just get our luggage. She told him he wasnt allowed. We waited. She loaded the luggage on the cart. Set it to the side. We went in to check in only to be told we were staying at building 3 & she needed to retrieve our vehicle, reload our luggage, & drive down the hill to do it all over again. The room was beautiful. The canal view at other peoples homes was blah. The 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk to pool, spa, and gym thru traffic was interesting, not. Thank goodness i packed a coverup. Called for a shuttle ride to dinner 5th/3rd st area we were told 45 min wait. I could understand if it was 5pm. It was 7pm. The staff at the pool bar was not attentive. They didnt make eye contact or take clues of empty drink glasses being pushed their way. Not a single employee stood out that i could give a good job recommendation. We go on vacation once a month and this trip was in our bottom for experiences. "

"The room was clean but definitely dated. Blinds on door barely closed and no curtain to cover windows on door, there’s no ceiling lighting and the floor lamp didn’t work. It was quiet over night as well which was great! "
