Very luxurious for what I paid. Full amenities including a washer and dryer, air fryer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, two smart TVs (local channels wouldn't come through but they had streaming services you could log into with your own account), and plenty of comfortable seating, along with a wonderful king sized bed. The only potential downside was that the neighbors downstairs were pretty loud and their kids screamed and whined and cried a lot...I think that's something that can't really be helped with an apartment rent rental, and they did quiet down by about 10:30 pm. The host Amanda was extremely helpful when the internet didn't want to work at first, coming over to try and help me figure it out and then continuing to text with me as the homeowner was on the phone with the internet company up until the point they got it figured out. The whole ordeal probably took 30 minutes, Not bad at all.
