"The rooms were spotless and the unit I stayed in appeared newly renovated. The parking lot looked new and the outside of the building was free of debris. Overall, a very well kept property. Also, the wi-fi was excellent and fast. This was the last day of my trip where I stayed at VRBOs the whole way. I wasn't looking forward to a motel after a week in higher-priced rentals but this was on par with everywhere else I stayed that week. Clearly the owners take great pride in their business and do an excellent job of taking care of the facility. "
