The manager is very responsive with check in and check out, and was even helpful finding a resource when my daughter had a minor medical issue. When we needed a wine corkscrew he gave us his own for the duration of our stay. Christopher was great about communicating and answering our questions. The Lodge was clean and well decorated. The only suggestion I would have is to make sure and refill the soap dispensers. We didn't have soap in the master shower. Also, we would have liked another set of towels.
