In the heart of Cavalaire, just steps from shops, the port, and the beaches.  
  
On the 3rd floor with elevator access, this apartment features a bright, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), an open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), and an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x190 cm). There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.  
  
A terrace with an electric griddle is available for guests' use. Underground parking is included.  
  
NO PETS ALLOWED.  
  
A free shuttle bus is available nearby (during the summer season).  
  
Additional charges payable on site:  
  
\- Mandatory cleaning fee.  
  
\- Security deposit (NO CREDIT CARDS): payable by check or cash, returned after inspection by the cleaning staff.  
  
\- Tourist tax per day per person over 18 years of age, according to the current rate.
