Capacity of 5 to 6 people, this house has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with a 2 beds 90x190), a large bright living / dining room with the fireplace and open kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher...). The bathroom WC has been refurbished with a walk-in shower.
The typical Spanish summer kitchen (formerly the painter's studio) with the integrated barbecue allows you to make, among other things, large paella dishes (XL cast iron pans are provided). You will also find there with a 2nd refrigerator to keep drinks cool, a washing machine and the cupboard with additional crockery. You can take the opportunity to eat on the terrace equipped with a dining table and rest benches.
The spacious garden is home to fruit trees, almond trees, olive trees and some vines, and, passing through a small staircase, you will also find the large swimming pool, newly renovated in mosaic with an American beach which offers unforgettable sunsets and the view of the olive groves and the mountain.
Let yourself be charmed by this small historic town, its narrow and rising streets, its museums, its inhabitants, its olive groves as far as the eye can see and the circular hiking trails allowing you to appreciate the region of Castilla-la-Mancha!
