Welcome to Sandy Court were you will escape the perfect getaway spot with breathtaking golf course views and access to luxurious amenities! All 1,375 square feet of luxury provides everything you are looking for. Located in the Desert Princess community you will have access to community pool, gym, tennis courts. Nestled between Palm Springs and Palm Desert you are close to best of both worlds. The fun of down town Palm Springs life and the great shopping on El Paseo Palm desert.  
This long-term rental, available for stays of 31 nights or more, offers the ideal blend of style, sophistication, entertainment, and fun. Professionally managed by a leasing agency with 24-hour support, this home ensures a seamless and luxurious stay.  
  
The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 monthly utility fee deposit is required when signing the agreement.  
  
Step into your private outdoor haven, perfectly set up for relaxation and entertainment. Overlooking the scenic golf course, the backyard patio invites you to enjoy stunning views from sunrise to sunset. Gather around the stylish fire table for cozy conversations under the stars or cook up delicious meals on the BBQ grill. There s a large outdoor dining table with seating for six, ideal for alfresco dining or a leisurely breakfast. Lawn games and a welcoming setup make this space perfect for family fun or unwinding with friends, all while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful landscape  
  
Step Inside to a large living room with more then enough sitting for you and guests, a 70inch smart TV to watch the games or your favorite move with snacks. Plan to host during your stay then you in the luck the kitchen Is open and has everything you need to make a feast or make a simple meal for two. That is equipped with a French door refrigerator , built in microwave, gas stove, oven and we could never forget the dishwasher.  
While waiting on the food enjoy a cocktail at recently renovated bar area with fridge. Do you take your Martinis dry or dirty ?  
  
Master Suite is located across from the hallway bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat with a King-sized bed and a Smart television for your entertainment. With a large ensuite with a full standing shower and jacuzzi tub and a walk in closet.  
  
Bedroom 2 located next to the living room, features a queen size bed with a smart TV for your entertainment. A remote work area incase that pops up during your stay, there is also a walk in closet.  
  
The Hallway bathroom is located next to the laundry room and features vanity sink and shower tub combo.

Master Suite 1: 1 King-sized Bed - Sleeping 2.  
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-sized Bed - Sleeping 2.  
  
Other Amenities: WiFi Wireless Internet. Each bathroom has high-quality linens, bath and pool towels, and a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and toilet paper. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponges and dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 3, which includes 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and no street parking.
