The Space

The fully renovated kitchen offers sleek quartz counters, gold hardware, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances—including an under-counter microwave drawer. A passthrough design keeps the space social while you prep and serve.  
  
Tucked just off the kitchen is a second living room/family lounge—perfect for movie nights, reading, or just spreading out. French doors lead to your private back patio, where retractable pergolas let you choose between sunshine or shade. Whether it's morning coffee or evening cocktails, the views and vibe are pure Palm Springs.

Dog Fees (up to 2 dogs/stay)  
Be sure to notate the number of dogs you are bringing before confirming you reservations. Pricing will automatically adjust to include the $199/dog/stay.  
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Utility Surcharge  
For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. This is NOT included in the amount being paid at the time of booking. It will be requested prior to your arrival.

\-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.  
\-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am

\-Renter must be 55+ years of age  
\-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
