While the house is large and spacious, our stay was disappointing overall.On arrival, the property was covered in spiderwebs, dead bugs and dust throughout windows, room corners and even kitchen/bar power points. Cleaners did attend once this was raised, however this should have been addressed prior to arrival.The listing states the house has air conditioning, but there are only 2 single units (living area and master bedroom). The remaining 6 bedrooms have no air conditioning and became extremely hot. Some bedrooms also had no fly screens, making it difficult to open windows with kids staying in the rooms.The master mattress is old and noticeably sunken, making it uncomfortable. The ensuite spa jets do not work, the dishwasher broke during our stay, & several light switches were not functioning.The theatre room TV is very outdated and only supports DVDs, many of which are scratched, & the sound system does not work.We booked this property for the pool, however it was extremely cold and unusable for the entire stay. Even on hot days, any breeze made it too cold for the kids. A pool cover or heater would make a big difference.There is no Wi-Fi, requiring hotspotting for devices and streaming. While the fridge itself was clean, the ice maker and water dispenser were mouldy on arrival and despite being cleaned, we did not feel comfortable using them.Overall, the property has potential due to its size, but cleanliness, maintenance and comfort issues impacted our stay
