"This was an excellent choice for a day trip to Cinque Terra. Shert walk to the station and then 10 minutes to start Cinque Terra tour from the north. Much quieter than La Spezia and local secret I think. Right on the beach. The hosts were lovely people and though I booked the day later it was no trouble to change for me. They set a high standard in hospitality."

"I'm booking so many hotel monthly and I must say, Piccolo is best I have ever stayed. Professional and nice staff, delicious breakfast, well equipt big room. Great location, 20m to the beach. "Our overall experience was wonderful. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The outside space had a lovely view and was a peaceful space to relax and unwind with beautiful landscaping. Moneglia is a quiet coastal community and a great spot to explore from by car bus or train.Access to the home was impacted by the costal road being shut so we had to enter from the hills road which was a little confusing at first. The roads are very narrow so you need to be a confident driver who is good at reversing as needed. You definitely get used to it but just to be aware. The house is on the hillside a good 30min walk from Moneglia and the return is uphill so a car is helpful. Nice local restaurant within a 10min walk. Perfect getaway but the location is outside of the town. "
"We have just had the most fabulous few days here. Andrea the host is very attentive and also picked us up from the train station Its a gorgeous quaint hotel. The rooms were decent size with a balcony. The food was superb and very reasonable along with the drinks. The beach and the town are within easy walking distance. We absolutely loved it and wish we had stayed for longer. Highly recommend this hotel."
