Surrounded by vineyards, rolling countryside, grazing meadows and woodland, this beautifully restored former château stable offers the perfect setting for families and friends seeking luxury, tranquillity and authentic French charm.

Following an extensive three-year restoration, every part of the property has been thoughtfully renovated to combine traditional character with modern comfort, creating an elegant countryside retreat where lasting memories are made.

Luxury Accommodation:

The house comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms.

Each bedroom has been individually designed with French antique furniture, luxurious cotton linens, premium mattresses and its own stylish travertine en-suite shower room. One family bedroom also includes bunk beds, making it ideal for children, while one bathroom features a bath suitable for babies and young children.

Air conditioning throughout the property ensures complete comfort during the warmer summer months.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a Smeg five-burner gas hob, double oven and everything needed to prepare relaxed family meals or elegant dinners. A separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer provides every convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor Living at its Finest:

Life at Château Lezian is designed to be enjoyed outdoors.

The centrepiece is the magnificent 10 × 5 metre private swimming pool, protected by a retractable dome cover so swimming can be enjoyed whatever the weather.

Our fully equipped summer kitchen makes outdoor entertaining effortless, featuring:

• Argentinian barbecue grill
• Traditional pizza oven
• Paella burner
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Bar with seating

Gather around the large outdoor dining table, comfortably seating 10–12 guests, for leisurely breakfasts, long lunches and unforgettable evenings beneath the stars.

As the sun sets, enjoy films in the outdoor poolside cinema with a glass of local Madiran wine.

The nearby village is only a five-minute walk away and offers a brand-new tennis court, pharmacy, bar/café and local shop for necessities, all easily reached on foot or by bicycle.

L'Ancienne Écurie du Château Lezian is set within a peaceful 10-hectare private estate, including approximately one acre of beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding the accommodation. Beyond the gardens lie peaceful grazing meadows for our horses and ponies, mature woodland and beautiful countryside.

One of the property's most charming features is our friendly horses and ponies. Guests are warmly invited to visit the stable yard, meet them, stroke them and enjoy grooming them. Children especially love spending time with the animals and watching them grazing peacefully in the surrounding fields, often visible from the windows of the house.

Please note that horse riding is not offered.
