What a wonderful view! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Made our experience very personalized and catered to our needs. Decor felt traditional Italian which we loved and the room exceeded our expectations with our budget.

The view from the hotel room is excellent, I cant love it more. The staff from the hotel are nice. Breakfast is basic but with that amazing view what you can complain :) Just the bathroom little old style but everything is clean

Family review
Nice place, but no lift in the hotel and lots of stairs to climb so not ideal for disabled family member, no wifi in rooms and only main area. Family was lovely and views beautiful. Right value for the price.

Nice panorama ,quite village yet handy to beach
Lovely staff wo will look after you as a family .The village where hotel is located has amazing view and a wonderful castle .

Hotel Panorama ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und Terasse. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Familienbetrieb.

Hotel un po datato, ma il panorama dalle stanze, è davvero mozzafiato. Il signor Marcello molto cordiale e ospitale, al nosto ingresso ci ha offerto un assaggio del suo prelibato loquore alle mandorle.

More like a hostel than a hotel
Friendly staff and fantastic view from the room BUT this hotel is very dated and is more like a hostel than a hotel. The layout of the bathroom prohibited use of the toilet (no legroom cause there was the batchtub, very strange) and the beds were very very old. Sorry, but I could not recommend this hotel for the price they charge.

山の上のホテルです。エトナ山，湾、鉄道線路、サボテン等、少し歩くとイタリア本土と夜景もきれい。
山の上なので着くまでのタクシーが大変と思います。私たちはカターニアの空港からエトナ山のツアーに参加し、ホテルまで届けてもらうプランを作りましたので楽でした。展望台から先は車両はダメと警官にと練られましたが、ガイドが先のホテルに予約してあると話ホテルに着けてもらえました。 　オーナーはにこやかで親切でした。また翌日の朝食もこちらの早い時間に合わせてもらえました。 　近くには、土産店、レストラン、雑貨や〒局(開いている時間に時間に注意）もあり、便利でした。

Nice view but hotel is not so nice condition.
Hotel stuff cant speak english very well. Rooms are not so good condition. Facilities are litlle broken. Sewage wasnt working and all water came from wc to room floor and so on.No tv or air condition. Had to borrow drinking and tooth brush cups. But great view to etna and clean place. Hotel stuff is very helpfull.

70iger-Jahre-Hotel mit atemberaubender Aussicht
die Anfahrt ist nichts für schwache Nerven (Serpentinen), sehr sehr freundlches Personal, sofort Hilfe beim Parken vor dem Hotel (sehr eng) und beim Gepäck aufs Zimmer schaffen (kein Aufzug), super Sicht vom Balkon auf den Ätna, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Bad- und WC-Bereich unterdurchschnittlich, Betten und Matrazen sind durchgelegene Schaukeln
