"The Hosts, Roberto and his wife were excellent hosts. Made from scratch breakfast every morning and her Croissants were to die for including their fresh home made jams. Gorgeous view of the Valley and hills from the balcony. Oh, and I have to mention Roberto’s dad Vito…. He makes a mean cup of coffee. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel La Battigia. The hotel is extremely clean, and you can tell the team takes great pride in maintaining the property. The staff are fantastic – friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the food, which was excellent. The restaurant offers amazing dishes and a great dining experience. The only downside is the acoustics in the rooms. You can hear people walking in the corridors quite clearly, the air conditioning unit can be quite loud, and at times you can also hear conversations from neighbouring rooms. If the sound insulation were improved, the stay would be perfect. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and great food, and I would still recommend it."

The wellness room with hot tub and dry saunas was wonderful. We cooked many dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. Livia helped us arrange a wonderful wine tour nearby, drivers for transport and olive farms. You can easily walk to town. Plenty of bathrooms, robes in each bedroom. The views are amazing!!I cannot wait to come back. I would always book a stay here. Thank you Livia"
