"The communication with the agency in Barcelona and in Santa Cristina d'Aro was very good and fast. The facility and the view are great. "Le logement est bien. Difficile de profiter des terrasses car entretien des deux parcs (un devant et un derrière ) donc tondeuses souffleurs et débroussailleuses deux jours de suite. Nous avons du refaire la vaisselle à la main car elle était d’une propreté douteuse. D’ailleurs le lave vaisselle semble ne pas fonctionner. Il y a aussi un chantier de construction sous les fenêtres et c’est assez bruyant"

"We came for an over night stay. The a/c in the room was not working on a very hot day. We told the desk but the technician was not available since it was a Sunday. Finally after complaining some more around 1am they moved us into a room with a working ac. Other than that hotel is great! Very clean and all the amenities you will need and right on the beach."
