It was clean and workers were pleasant and efficient. The fascility was old but priced right. The highway construction was inconvenient but not the fault of the facility. We had a nice stay at a very affordable price.

Currently there is construction directly in front of the property. They will try to put you in a room with different beds than when you booked your reservation. They will obtain ids for your entire party; (they have signs posted that they will not rent to locals.) We were from out of state visiting, with out of state ids and out of state plates. You walk into the lobby and on the lower level the baseboards have been removed & lower drywall is discolored in the hallways that lead to the different room entrances. The property claims it’s pet friendly yet you have to bring/take the pet out the back door, they cannot go through the lobby. When a staff member was in the room assisting us with the tv, they provided a “trick” to get to the channels; After this they took a picture of my pet while we were in our room because “they like pets” and “their boss likes pets”, even though I never authorize this; (I declared I had a pet and the approx weight when I checked in to the property bc I signed a $100 addendum for the pet deposit.) The room had a musty smell. When you check out with a pet, they will inspect the room.

The room was very clean and staff was great. Breakfast was good also. They have cameras on the parking lots and have staff on 24 hrs. Only negative is the road and bridge next to the hotel is getting worked on. I had no problem getting in and out of the hotel regardless. I would recommend them.

There is a lot of construction along the road leading into the motel so it was a little hard to get into parking lot but the over all stay and motel including staff was great for the price. It does need updated in the rooms though. The room smelled really old and musky but considering the price it met my needs!

The staff were very friendly and honest. The room was fantastic and cleaner than any other motel I've stayed in. They had a great little continental breakfast and were very dog friendly. They even have a little fenced area for the dogs outside, though it's a bit dirty. As a solo traveler, I was slightly uneasy outside at night with abanadoned buildings nearby but had zero issues. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel itself was ok. It is considerably dated but that is part of its charm. The room was clean. There did seem to be a lot of posted warnings and things to sign related to who could not stay there and behavioral expectations during your stay.

Staff was amazing but very noisy facility. Furnace sounded like diesel truck when it came on and bathroom vent rattled all night in the wind. Staff very loud in early morning like 4-5am. Woke up with their loud talking and laughing. Maybe a room on 2nd floor away from desk area would have been better

This is definitely a building built in the 70's and the decor is decade specific. We stayed for 4 nights and have absolutely no complaints. We slept comfortably in a quiet and clean room. The whole staff at all times day/night were attentive and happy to assist. Breakfast is continental and includes a waffle making machine. We worried about the highway construction outside but aside from being a minor trafficking inconvenience (know work starts @ 7:30 a.m. except no workers on Sunday), all was well. If your needs are no frills, hot bath/shower, clean room with TV, microwave and fridge and good WIFI: this spot fills the ticket.

Poor guest service
Temperature was in the negatives outside. The rooms heater was turned completely off when we got to the room. Temperature in the room was 42 degrees. Heater was very old and it took over 5 hours to warm the room enough that we could finally remove our winter coats. Told the front desk about it. All they said was they would let maintenance know in the morning and offered no other solutions. Not even a discount for the freezing conditions. Room was clean though.

There is a gas station and a taco joint in the same block. The hotel is under construction. Friendly staff. I wasn’t aware of the $100 “deposit” for having a pet. Cozy.

This was a pleasant experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room had just been cleaned as was obvious from the still wet floor! Even though there was road construction going on nearby the room was very quiet.

I felt welcome! The staff was extremely nice and had worked with me to give me a ground floor room because I had recently had a hip surgery. The room was immaculate and well appointed, very comfortable. I'm looking to come back and stay here when I'm in Casper again. Thank you, National 9!

This is a very much older hotel with all the demerits that come with being an old building. The hallways had a musty wet-dog smell which may have come from a recent carpet shampooing. The room's curtains did not adequately cover the window (ground floor room facing the parking lot) and the water pressure in the shower was horribly weak. The area around the hotel was under construction (no fault of the hotel itself) and it was hard to get into the parking area. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable and much newer than the facilities and we slept well enough. The staff were the shining spot of the stay, very helpful and friendly.
