We were greeted warmly on our arrival. The breakfast both days was warm and delicious. The staff was helpful for example; I had a training run of 8 miles and the staff directed me to the Casper rail to trail path which allowed me to run by the North Platte River.

Everything about this property was perfect! Spacious and clean well lit halls. Our room had a cozy seating area due to the pull out couch. Great linens both for bed and bath! Breakfast presentation was varied and plentiful!

Our room was great. Nice and clean. The staff was helpful. Ordering food in the bar was confusing as to where to place the order. We ended up eating elsewhere. The breakfast looked and was delicious. There was always someone cleaning dishes and tables. We were taking luggage to the car and an employee asked if we got to eat.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet, very friendly helpful staff, close to restaurants and shopping. Really good breakfast. I took off one star because there are no microwaves in the rooms and no guest laundry, both things I needed while there. Would stay here again

Breakfast was wonderful with porridge and berries, as well as hash browns to go with the typical cereal, bread, eggs, sausage, etc. Someone came around to take our dirty dishes and to check that everything was satisfactory. Great customer service there and at the front desk, ensuring to welcome us each time we came and went. Pool was nice and had some items to be able to play although without a hot tub was a bit chilly for me, the kids loved it though. There was a nice sitting area outside. I forgot to check it out after dark but would have been lovely. Room was great with 2 queens plus the pull out sofa which gives lots of daytime room as well as an extra bed at night. The only disappointment was that there was no laundry facilities but were able to make do.

Literally did not want to leave!!!! We loved it so much. It was soooo nice, so clean, just such a great feel in general. Amazing salt water pool, amazing workout room, and truly every staff member was so kind and friendly!!! Special shout out to Rick and Shadow!!
