Casemates Tours and Activities

I was disappointed with the room; while very comfortable, looked a little run down, dusty and found some bugs that looked like silverfish. When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar was excellent.

La relación calidad precio es muy buena, la ubicación es inmejorable y los servicios son de los mejores. Volveré siemrpe que visite Viena en el futuro y lo recomiendo sin dudas.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.
