The staff here were all really kind. They greeted us with smiles and even remembered our names. Some of the staff could speak quite a bit of Japanese, so even though we were in Italy, we were able to communicate in Japanese.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there were so many things I wanted...
