"This is a pretty rundown hotel. We were placed in a back section with no elevator. Only on 2nd floor so not a deal breaker. This was “surface” clean but not really. One look in the air return grates would tell how dirty it really is. Sink took forever to drain. Big gathering area looked fun; shuffleboard, ping pong, pool, arcade, etc. Staff was helpful when asked. Restaurant and bar was decent but closed on Sunday. "

"I have stayed here several times and can say the cleanliness all the way to the customer service was top notch. You are only a stranger once. After that, you are family. Cindy, Jim, Bailey, and Melissa care about each person they serve, and Dax (a service dog in training) gives the best greetings when he is there. This will be my go to place when I need to come to Sheboygan."
