Looking for an updated condo in great proximity to everything you will need? This is it…in Carterville! Recently updated, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Pet friendly! Wether you are traveling for work, family coming to visit or just want a little trip away! 15 minutes between SIU and Marion. Carterville is a little town with a great antique store, a bakery, ice-cream shop and pizza parlor!
As premier hosts with Vrbo we take into consideration everything you will need while staying at our condo. Both bedrooms have queen beds. A full bath and fully stocked kitchen. This may be a new listing, but we are not new to the vacation rentals! We have two cottages on the wine trail in Southern Illinois.
If you are coming down to explore, crab orchard is minutes away. Great for boating and fishing! Also hunting in season. More into the wineries? Walkers bluff, Honker Hill and Monte Alegre Vineyard are close by.

The property is just as advertised. My husband and I had a great time with our friends from TN. This we as halfway between where we live and where they live so the location was ecactly what we needed. We had the best time and would book this place again. No problems with parking or loud neighbors. 5 stars!!

Clean quiet and nice. The bath tub shower was only draw back. Deep tub so stepping in and out was high step for older shirt person. There was nothing to hold on to when stepping in our out. Feel unsafe for me.

Clean and represented online photos. Inside was completely remodeled. Very nice. Beds were comfortable. Host was very helpful. More like a duplex than condo. Next door was a hair salon but really quiet and hardly knew they were there. Could use some cleaning outside that would enhance appeal. Would stay here again when in the area.

Excellent Experience!
This was our first time staying in a Vrbo instead of booking a hotel. It was wonderful! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and a lovely property! The location was great and the hosts were very friendly and responsive to messages. I would most definitely recommend the Magnolia Inn condo to family and friends!

Two night graduation stay
Overall impressions were positive and what we expected. Clean and nice. The issue we did have was finding the house along a busy street. We didn’t see an address on the property, the Magnolia sign was too small to read from a car. Even the sign in front of the door was difficult ( writing too small).not knowing the area, finding the house was a challenge and cars right behind us was difficult since we couldn’t slow down enough to look for address. Overall, a very nice home to stay in. Would stay there again.
