After we left for the afternoon the crew came back in a sprayed the room we some type of deorderizer. Got ready to use the Hot tub and it did not have a working water plug. Went to the front desk and they offwered me a extra wash cloth to stuff in the hole. Coffee maker they listed was wraaped up and put on the top shelf no coffee no coffee cups. VERY DISSAPOINTING for a Wyndom Property..."

"There was a large roach on the ceiling above the bed. The room was humid and musty. Clean otherwise, but still felt gross like a musty sauna. Left the ac running all night, never cooled off till check out. Definitely will not stay here again. "
