Honestly the pictures of this place don’t do it justice. The service was great, the pools were beautiful and the drinks were great too. My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. It was in a perfect location very convenient. We walked literally everywhere and there were great places to eat at around the area too. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and only a couple of years old. The AC worked great, the food was delicious, pool and outdoor setting is inviting and relaxing. The staff was helpful and very friendly

Wow truly impressed by the service here! Quick trip to Cartagena, was blown away. Love everything about it will return and stay here again. Very clean aesthetic is beautiful the hotel smells amazing the food was great by the pool. Can’t wait to come back!

Ok, this property had me feeling like I was in a resort! We felt so safe/secure/comfortable. The staff is very kind and hospitable, we were greeted with welcome drinks (I mean this set the tone) and the room was very nice and clean. The rooftop pool my kids LOVED, and all the wanted, the downstairs pool is beautiful as well. We had the breakfast buffet every day and it was very nice and filling with a good variety of food and protien. The location of the hotel is what I loved as well, walkable to anywhere we wanted to go! So close to Getsemini right around the corner and all the good restaurants. Beyond exceeded my expectations and will highly only recomend for Cartagena. Hope I can be back!

What a beautiful property the lobby is amazing with an awesome curated bar the pool area is like out of a magazine. The rooms are a bit smaller than expected but that completely gets overshadowed by the ambiance and service!

This hotel is in the heart of provenza, service is good and the rooftop bar is one the best in medellin!! On the weeekends they have a partyyyyy!!!!

Loved my stay at this hotel - it's really beautifully decorated and stylish. The staff have also been trained extremely well - they are kind, courteous and helpful. One slight negative - I booked this partly because it showed Le Labo products in the photos as the toiletries (I love their products) but was disappointed that they instead have a different, cheap brand - would recommend taking those photos out as it's false advertising. It didn't matter in the grand scheme of things as the hotel was great. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I stayed in OSH Hotel with a good friend of mines to celebrate her birthday. It was nothing short of amazing. From the aesthetics, to the customer service, to how hands on everyone is from when you walk inside greeting you and holding the door open for you, to the housekeepers cleaning up our room daily and restocking us with whatever it was we needed I would rate this hotel a 100/100! For her birthday they gave us a free cocktail, they also sung happy birthday to her from the rooftop pool as well as gifted her a slice of cake that read happy birthday on it that they placed in our room. Talk about paying close attention to details ! Also the first night while we were there it was a mishap with my friend being stuck in the shower due to the door being jammed and despite the language barrier they were very attentive with fixing the issue in less then 10 minutes. As well as gifting us with a courtesy breakfast the morning before we departed. Might I add the location is perfect right in the center of Cartagena. Our Uber rides were less then $10 and it was in walking distance to literally everything. I definitely will come back here. Thank you so much OSH. You guys were awesome !

Staff was great. We had an issue with the air conditioner leaking so they moved us to another room and gave us free breakfast and some pastries for the inconvenience. The only things that could be improved are to offer more kid friendly and pool side food options (e.g. nachos, chicken tenders/nuggets etc). Also, the waiters could be more attentive to come up to the pool cabanas to ask if anyone needed anything- People always had to flag them down or go down to the bar. Tissue boxes in the room would also be convenient. Other than that, the hotel was new, clean and we had a good time.

My husband and I stayed here for a vacation and absolutely loved it. The staff were fantastic and the facilities were excellent - we loved the pool, the food and drinks. This is a wonderful quality hotel and a great location. Staying here really elevated our time in Cartagena.

This hotel is brand new, located in the young, hip neighborhood of Getsamani yet only a 5 minute walk to the walls of the historical city center. I can't say enough about the quality and creativity of the food! The executive chef has done an excellent job. Excellent hotel for families and couples. I would not recommend for parties or "unregistered guests".

So much potential. We chose the property for the pool and were not disappointed - I’m sure it’s one of the best pools in the whole city. We thoroughly enjoyed our days there before heading to explore. The building is new and beautifully decorated. It lost a point for me with the service. It was infuriatingly inconsistent. Some of the staff are exceptional and some are awful. The amount of time that we wasted each waiting around to be helped, especially at the bars, was shocking. Often there are 4 people standing behind the bar and it still takes you 20 minutes to get your check. It will make you actually appreciate the insane tipping culture in the US because at least servers hustle. This isn’t an island, but expect to be on island time all the same. The other not so important thing that I’ll mention is they really missed the mark on designing the bathrooms. The sink is a shallow mess and splashes everywhere. The rain shower head is 10ft tall so you can’t adjust it. If the cleaners happen to use a broom handle to push it to the side to rinse the walls, good luck showering, because there is no hope of it being straight again. We didn’t love Getsamani - wish we had stayed inside the walled city.

We stayed here for the last end of our trip in Cartagena and honestly wish we would have stayed longer. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Not to mention the hotel is gorgeous. The pools are dreamy and the rooms are very well stocked and super clean. Will definitely return for a longer stay. Huge thank you to the front desk receptionist who was able to get us checked into our room early. She was so nice and also Adonis; he was super helpful as well. Wonderful stay. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, great location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds, super nice bathrooms, we also loved the rooftop for drinks during sunset and the swimming pool. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights, the location was perfect for exploring Getsemani! With the busy street life, the room was quiet, wonderful decor, clean and modern.Absolutely enjoyed the second pool on the roof, beautiful sunset views, just awesome vibes. We had some food there too, it was great!!! This hotel is only a few months old, I really hope it stays that good! I would definitely return there, for solo or family stay )

Beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, great amenities and in a great location. You're right in the middle of it all with plenty of restaurants, bars, and clubs within walking distance. We even walked to the Castillo from there. The only complaint I have is that they turn on the music from the pool/outside restaurant super early each morning, before 10am and it's pretty loud. It took some getting used to but that will definitely be your alarm if you're near that area. I did receive constant mosquito bites on the property, so they could perhaps do a bit better job there but overall, amazing place, would absolutely return without question.
