Let yourself fall in love with this magical city without paying so much in a hotel. New apartment, located on the 21st floor, with large terraces of 13 m2, has a spectacular view towards the stern, walled city, San Felipe Castle and Cartagena Bay, at night its beautiful lights will captivate you, you can place hammocks in the terraces and enjoy a pleasant time. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, closet in the rooms, air conditioning in the living room and in the main room. Do not spend so much on a Hotel, in my lodging you will be able to know this wonderful city, all the tourist sites are close to make your vacation an incredible experience, it is located between the neighborhoods of Marbella and Torices which facilitates that you can access all the Tourist sites in minutes. Only 10 minutes from the airport and a few meters from the beaches of Marbella

It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, closet in the rooms, air conditioning in the living room and in the main room, hot water in the shower and enough space if you have a large family or many friends, remember that people additional will have an extra cost, for a maximum of 6 people, ask us the price If you are interested in doing different tourist tours that offer to let you get caught by the charms of the city and its beaches, I can recommend an agency to find you and They leave you in my lodging, usually they look for you in a meeting point in Bocagrande, the center or in a hotel, but we have an agreement with the tourist agency and they look for you in my lodging without additional cost, ask us how.

The building has a terrace on the 31st floor, where you can see all of Cartagena with a spectacular 360 ° view, you will fall in love even more with this beautiful city

Neighborhood Overview  
  
The building is located between El Barrio Marbella and torices, Near the main tourist sites Marbella has a free access beach where you can rent parasols or awnings with chairs to enjoy with your loved ones. Easy access to supermarkets and shopping centers. It is important that you know that you can ask for homes that arrive at the door of the apartment you do not need to go out to buy basic things It is a normal neighborhood, but it is not advisable to walk at night  
  
How to move  
  
Ideally, move by taxi to exit and enter the building A few meters away is a BERLINASTUR and MARSOL station where transportation is addressed to Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Tayrona Park, Palomino, Coveñas, Tolu, Cabo de la Vela, among other places of interest . The public transport bus that comes from Bocagrande and the Walled City leaves you one block from the entrance of the building

The building is new, some apartments are still in arrangements, so there may be noises during the day, you can find building materials in some corridors or construction personnel
