At the arrival a person took us to our apartment, the apartment have 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 4 beds and living room with kitchen, the towels were dirty, the bed sheets where stained with body fluids we noticed the next morning, my child was taking a shower and the bedroom was flooded, we requested another apartment in better condition, the other apartment have the same setup this apartment the microwave hot water heater and 2 ac units did not work and Cartagena temp is very high very unpleasant for my children, on the 3 day of our stay one toilet was out of service, we tried to request service and never happened my wife was advice that a manager like to talk to us about extra charges, she never show up.. also the building is very tall and use 3 elevators and only 2 were in service, I hear some complaints of another family having issues of not running water in their apartment and some cockroaches, I only sow one death in my bedroom. The only friendly staff was a security guard in the main door entrance checking a wristband to every person, in general the location is close to the beach have a middle size swimming pool, and small store at floor M with a Gym I personally don’t recommend this place for a family with children may be a good option for adults 1 or 2 stars hotel.

Great location, ocean view is amazing , pool is big and relaxing. The apartments were clean when we arrived. Check in takes too long, not all elevators operate at the same time so we had to wait, my fridge was old and rusty, it works but it looked really bad. Not all the apartments are the same some have new appliances. They should provide changing towels even for a charge and also towels at the pool are not provided. Only one key is provided and WiFi doesn't work. I would stay again as it's family friendly but I will make sure I get an upgraded apartment. Or try the newer Palmetto's

I loved the location of this apartment. It was located directly looking over the Carribean Sea and was located conveniently to downtown and the airport as well as the old historical district. You can't beat the location! Also, it had a washing machine which was wonderful to have in that Spirit Airlines only allowed one small backpack without extra charges. The drawback was that it was in need of repair and a new refrigerator. The photos look better than the apartment does in real life. A few updates would make a world of difference. However, I would go back again and re rent this apartment for the location and views.

Great location in front of the Beach with great access. Mabel the Property Manager at location is great (and beautiful) She was very gentle, informative and accommodating to our needs. We appreciated her help.The accommodations were as publicized with spectacular views. The people at the facility with the warmth that only Colombians can offer.

Great apartment with ocean view. The building was great as well with a mini market, restaurant and a nice pool. Definitely would recommend to stay here!

Didnt make mom happy.
I spent abit more than usual for a nice place cause mom was coming & it was a disaster, no hot water all the time we were there, toilet seat broken would slide off, electrical outlet in master bath broken. Sad, it was a great view & location.

Don’t expect American quality. Cheap, plastic furniture.... no microwave, no hot water, uncomfortable beds, and a very, very nasty reception upon arrival. They insisted they had to take pictures of everyone staying there...a very rude unwelcoming first impression.

The place was on a good location how ever try to contact to see if I can check inn early since my flight was change by the airline. From 8am to 330 they keep me waiting then they contact me when it was time for check inn , blinds on window was broken and Only 1 roll of Toilet paper was there on each room. Service to check inn was not professional

Great view of the beach and within walking distance of Plaza Bocagrande mall. Security is tight which might annoy some with visitors but at least you stay safe. Do note there are several Palmetto locations in Bocagrande so if you make reservations make sure you go to the right one.

Good place on the 36th floor, nice view. Everting was good the only thing was that the water was not hot or if it did get hit it took like 10 minutes Before it warmed up. But overall great for the price!

Personnel is very friendly and hospitable. The local area is entertaining. The room is actually a "family suite", spacious and comfortable. The only shortcoming was lack of hot water in the shower. It was not hot at all, but rather lukewarm. Well, not a big deal, right?

Great location, across from the beach, shopping.
Very poor service, two hours and 45 minutes for check in. No credit cards accepted, room furniture old, no hand towels. Rooms dirty and INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. The host tried to double charge us for cleaning fees. No English speaking hosts. Two air conditioners not working. Very disappointing in all aspects other than the facility location, pool and nearby shopping and restaurants.

tuvimos un inconveniente con la propiedad que teníamos que entregar al huésped. Lo reubicamos pero, la habitación donde los ubicamos no era nuestra. vamos a tratar que no suceda nuevamente esta desagradable situación.

Excelente ubicacion frente a la playa, servicios en el edificio como gimnasio, piscina, turco, tienda. Amables los empleados y dueña. Muy comodo el apartamento, pero le falta mantenimiento. A Las camas individuales les deben mejorar tablas y colchones. Organizar la cajonera de la habitacion principal. Son pequeños detalles porq en general es muy agradable la estadia.

L'appartement est agréable, fonctionnel, bien équipé avec vue et balcon qui donnent sur la mer. En revanche, le service à la clientèle laisse à désirer. La piscine est à l'ombre toute la journée car entre plusieurs hauts buildings. A 16h le soleil finit par se pointer. Le gym est vide et comporte des machines très vétustes, voire dangereuses à l'utilisation.

Muuuuy bueno
El alojamiento muy cómodo y de buena calidad. La ubicación y vistas al mar excelente!! Muy buena predisposición, todos colaboraron a una buena estancia. Muy limitado el tiempo de uso de los servicios comunes como el sauna, piscina y gimnasio.

el hotel apartemento esta corecto por el precio. los apartementos están bien , pero un poco viejo. esta al frente de l playa, piscina agradable y un restaurante bonito a lado para el desayuno

Edificio un poco viejo,los muebles deteriorados, calentador de agua no funciono. Caja de Seguridad Rota,curacrachas pequeñas.No te dejan pagar con tarjeta de credito y no pudes cancelar la reservacion bajo ninguna circunstancia. En general tienen que hacer mejoras al apartamento y por tal razon no lo recomiendo.
