Just wow!!!
Absolutely superb. Everything including the room, the staff the breakfast, the location just wow!! Super friendly staff. So welcoming, helpful and most importantly smiling all along. The room was really spacious with a big bathroom. Parking was easy. Breakfast had extensive number of items. It was my best stay in Italy!!

Great comfy hotel!
What a great hotel! We were a 2 family group and the 2 rooms we had were exactly what we needed for our stay. Hotel is very nice located, 4 mins walk to the sandy beach and 20-40 mins drive to Pisa and La Spezia (for boat tours to Cinque Terre). Rooms are big and bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was very yummy! They also allowed for late check in which was great. They gave us an access code and keys to our rooms were waiting for us. Very easy communication and exceptional hotel! Would return here if traveling to the area again!

Business trip - lovely hotel
Lovely classy hotel with large rooms. I was there for business and it was very comfortable and also had a great service, even in the COVID times. Breakfast was lovely.

Property was well maintain and in a great location and very close to the beach. Downtown area was well within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking was a snap. The breakfast was bountiful and the staff was there to help with any of your needs.

Lovely relaxing beach holiday!
The service provided by the front desk and cleaning staff was really wonderful and friendly! The rooms are well-thought and simple and clean-- very chic and tranquil, not busy / gaudy. Just everything you could need for a beach getaway. Breakfast is served on the terrace, and had a wide assortment of pastries, eggs, meats, and cheeses. and there was a barista making fresh espresso and cappuccino (not like other hotels where you get it from a dispenser). We would come back here in an instant.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff
This hotel is fabulous. We had a standard room which was huge, light and airy, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was fabulous. We didn't have a balcony but that didn't concern us as we were only there for one night. The breakfast was scrummy with lots of little things we hadn't had before and the coffee was wonderful. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach and there are shops nearby. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good experience
Hotel near beach. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Hotel could not have been cleaner! Parking on property and walking distance to restaurants.

stylish hotel with polite helpful staff
we enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly and helpful the room was well decorated and clean although we probably had the only room without a balcony and as the hotel has virtually no outside space this did make a difference if we stay there again we will not doubt make sure we ask for a room with a balcony

Nice Hotel close to waterfront
A lovely hotel close to the beaches and Massa Carrara. Only 4 years old the hotel was very well presented. Our room on the 3rd floor was quite spacious and we had a very large wrap around verandah. The staff were always helpful even to the extent of drying our washing and placing it in our room. We were staying on business and the hotel was very conveniently located. Plenty of parking and many restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend

Keinerlei Probleme, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise keine Probleme. Die Damen beim Frühstück muss man hervorheben - sehr guter Service. Rezeption hat uns auf Anfrage sofort freundlich und kompetent weitergeholfen

We only stayed one night here, but had a great stay! There was free parking outside, and the room was big, clean and Nice. They held the spa open for us two extra hours, because we checked in quite late. Great service! The pizza restaurant across the street is great for dinner.

Tolles 3-Sterne Hotel mit super Frühstück
Das Hotel ist komplett modernisiert und verfügt über Tiefgarage und kleinen Wellness Bereich. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und groß und haben alle einen großen Balkon. Die Zimmerlage an der Haupstrasse ist wohl ein wenig laut, dafür ist der Strand nur 100m entfernt. Der Strand ist allerdings weitgehend nur kostenpflichtig nutzbar und im Juli völlig überfüllt.

Ferienaufenthalt in der Toscane zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung mit Meeranschluss. Hotel sauber, freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück. Bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang August waren nur Italiener im Ferienort anzutreffen. Dies gibt dem Ort eine Italienische Autentität. Tische am Abend sind zu reservieren.

Rigtig fint værelse og morgenmaden var super. Der kan forekomme vejstøj. Og der er kun p-plads til 6 biler selvom der står at der er parkering. Ved parkering i kælderen koster der 12 euro ekstra pr. nat.

Einfach traumhaft!
Das Hotel kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen! Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und es war traumhaft schön! Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und helfen gerne bei Fragen. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll hingerichtet und hat super geschmeckt! Unser Zimmer wurde immer sehr gründlich und liebevoll geputzt - wie früher das Kinderzimmer von Mama ;-). Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und man erreicht zu Fuß viele schöne Geschäfte. In den Zimmern ist es bei offenem Fenster durch die Autos natürlich etwas lauter, aber man kann ja auch einfach die Fenster schließen ;-) . Von der Rezeption haben wir kostenlos einen Receiver bekommen und konnten so alle deutschen Fernsehsender empfangen :). Der Strand ist auch sehr schön, allerdings gibt es viele "Verkäufer" die auch sehr hartnäckig sind. Deshalb waren wir dort nur einmal. Wir haben uns dann entschieden lieber an einen See zu fahren und dort war es wirklich schön und ruhig! Das Hotel ist auch sehr familienfreundlich! Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal in dem Hotel Urlaub machen! Es war traumhaft schön und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt!
