Tutto bene, l'unica cosa per chi viaggia con cani non troppo socievoli, ci sono due cagnolini della vicina,che arrivano proprio alla rete confinante con il giardino di casa

Schönes Häuschen mit Garten für 2
Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber hat alles was man benötigt. Wir waren zu 2. mit Hund. Dafür war die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall ausreichend und super dafür der Garten mit Zaun. Giuliana war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auch nette Hinweise und Tipps gegeben.

Wir waren bereits 2021 bei Giuliana. Auch diesmal waren wir sehr zzufrieden. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Personen. Für 3 Personen ist es meiner Meinung nach doch etwas klein. Wer gerne Badeurlaub macht ist hier genau richtig. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Es ist die dritte Seitenstraße vor der Promenade. Also zu Fuß opitmal zu bewälten. Da Bäcker, Metzger, Obsthändler sowie kleinere Supermärkte sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen so kann das Auto auch mal ein paar Tage stehen bleiben. Es gibt auch zwei größere Supermärkte, da muss man jedoch 2 bis 3 Kilomter fahren. Wir hatten auch das Pech, dass Straßenarbeiten durchgeführt wurden, aber dies passiert bei uns in Deutschland auch. Wir fanden jedoch immer einen Parkplatz. Zum Entladen der Getränke etc. fährt man einfach vor die Einfahrt und lädt alles aus und sucht sich anschließend einen Parkplatz. Wir kommen 2024 wieder!!!!

Leider Sterneabzug wegen Parksituation und fehlender Klimaanlage
Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war auch bei Fragen immer eine Ansprechpartnerin und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war i.O., das Haus sauber, nur die Gartenmöbel dürften gern erneuert werden. Leider gebe ich 2 Sterne Abzug wegen der Parksituation und fehlender Klimaanlage. Selbst wenn die Baustelle vor dem Haus beendet ist, gibt es kaum ausreichend Parkplätze. Man muss manchmal bis zu 10 min von Straße zu Straße fahren, um sein Auto einigermaßen sicher zu parken und dann voll bepackt, bei brütender Hitze noch nen 1/2 km bis zum Haus laufen. Die anhaltende Hitze hat das Häuschen dann auch so weit aufgeheizt, dass wir fast 30' C in der Nacht im Haus hatten. Und durch die fehlende Klima mussten wir die Fenster aufreißen, was dazu führte daß es von Moskitos gewimmelt hat. Auch hat der Standlüfter dann wenig Abkühlung gebracht. In diesen Breitengraden gehört eine Klimaanlage im Sommer m.E. einfach dazu. Die Lage zum Strand war jedoch super und auch einige, kleine Geschäfte waren gut zu erreichen.
