Very large terrace, overlooking a green garden and small pétanque court shaded by a monumental fig tree. 3 large bedrooms with double and single beds. Ideal location: all shops and restaurants within walking distance. A private parking space in front of the house. Ideal family stay with 3 bedrooms for 6 people max. Location: Prado and Peno beaches only 200m on foot. Several other beaches within 2km. Small marina 2 min walk away with its nautical activities (sailing, boat, diving), restaurants and shops, weekly market and fresh fish market. Close cycle path in the direction of either Hyères or Toulon (102 km St Raphaël - Toulon). Walks and hikes nearby such as La Colle Noire in Le Pradet, the coastal path, the Giens peninsula. Many summer activities: Medieval festivals, fireworks, Jazz Festival, fairs, night markets, wine route. La possibilité de tout faire à pieds est un plus. Une décoration intérieure personnalisée où rien ne manque (cuisine très bien équipée), une terrasse ombragée donnant sur une végétation luxuriante (jai adoré la sieste dans le hamac !), une bonne literie et des chambres plutôt vastes avec des rangements, ce qui donne l'impression d'être "comme chez soi" !
