"Staff was nice. The property needs an overall renovation. It didn’t seem dirty just old. Things just need upgraded in general. Kinda basic. I didn’t see the pool but I don’t think it was open. I also didn’t see the bar/lounge/restaurant which I think is under construction. Just not much vibrancy here but for the price, it was ok. Our biggest issue was the room had no tissues or shower gel stocked. We took “shampoo showers.” It’s kind of “off the path” from downtown. That could be good or not depending what you like to do! Free breakfast is always a plus so we appreciated that! "

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. Negative areas were: For 3 person occupancy only enough supplies for one coffee. Refrigerator didn’t cool. Onsite restaurant was overpriced. "

"The person at the desk, June, was very sweet and helpful. Management was left a note about contacting me due to issues with the accessible room i booked missing the shower seat in the bathroom. The complaint was made around 10 PM (noticed missing seat when we went to shower) and we mentioned we were going to bed for the night at that time. Management had June come into our room at 11:30 PM or so, when we were already in bed for the night, to confirm that we were in fact missing the shower seat and not just incompetent on how to pull it out and use it. She confirmed it was missing and drew up a maintenance order. She was just doing her job, and I do not blame her for anything. I asked if management could be asked if we could get a partial refund due to the negligence of the room, and them advertising a kitchen to use, but not having any dishes, & advertising free wifi when you have to pay for wifi on more than 1 device. I understand now that woodsprings doesn't keep dishes in rooms due to not having dishwashers & it's bring or buy your own there, but feel they should also list this on reservations details. I was told they'd leave my info for management to get back with me since they are not there on weekends. Management never reached back out. Will not be staying again if they cannot make sure accessible rooms are actually accessible and have their parts. Also, the double entry doors post check in desk are not mobility aid user friendly. Otherwise, clean & good location."

"We really enjoyed this property for our one night! It was close to town and very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The friendly staff even let us check in an hour early which was so appreciated since we had an event a few hours later. The rooms are nicely remodeled. We will be back!"

"Stay here! Adorable house in a beautiful neighborhood. Very comfortable, clean, well supplied and perfectly decorated. Beds were so comfy. Close to everything. Neighbors were very friendly. We took a walk and met three different households out walking their sweet dogs. Would definitely stay again."
