This beautifully renovated third floor condo is in the desirable Carolina Surf complex. As an end unit, guests will experience sweeping views of the crystal-clear Atlantic Ocean below and tons of natural light. Panoramic views of the beach and the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk make this a premier location. Enjoy your next beach getaway surrounded by luxury and million-dollar views. This condo is truly something special. A commercial elevator makes unpacking and accessing this home a breeze and once you are inside you are greeted by stunning ocean views that lure you into the main living space. There is a guest bedroom that features a Queen/ Queen bunk bed and an attached half bathroom that adds to the convenience and versatility of this guest bedroom. A second guest bedroom with a large king bed is a great place to lay your head after a long day of sun and sand. The two guest bedrooms share access to the full bathroom located in the main hallway. The spacious primary suite offers a cozy king bed, private bathroom, and access to the ocean front deck – a true oasis. The living room is wrapped with a plush sectional sofa and is accented by the large picture window and sliding glass door that showcase the natural splendor that is just steps outside your front door. Gorgeous tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops line the kitchen and provide a state-of-the-art cooking experience. Although you can dine indoors, the ocean front deck is furnished with polywood furniture and offers plenty of space to dine. Captains’ chairs ensure that you don’t lose your view even when you sit down to relax. This thoughtfully furnished home leaves nothing to be desired! \*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Occupancy: 8 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Bunk Bed (Queen/ Queen). Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 vehicle. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). Do wish for the money we spent it came with access to beach chairs/floats. While the storage unit had chairs they were chained and we were not given access to use. Also think the rental company should supply dish soap, auto dish detergent, paper towels and trash bags (crazy you only get the 2 trash bags then you are on your own) Overall the stay was great and would rent again! Also all the units are 3 bedrooms yet this unit only has 1 parking pass when others are issued 2? ##### DAWN M. Only problem was the elevator kept breaking. Made for challenges bringing things in and then out. Didn’t see anyone attend to the pool so we didn’t use it. Would recommend this condo though.
