Enjoy every breakfast with the waves rolling in below you and ocean breezes on your face.  Even your guests will be able to have a private cup of coffee from their bedroom balcony with an island view. Run back and forth to the beach several times a day on our private boardwalk, or frolic in our oceanfront pool when you need a break from the sand. You’ll be cozy and comfy in our soft furnishings, fresh bedding, and have all the essentials you need to cook or do laundry from home. If you want a meal out, you’re only a block from Stoked, or two and a half blocks from Sea Witch. A day on the boardwalk is only a four-block walk! Surf, sand, and fun are yours for the taking at Winds VI 3C, where beach memories are waiting for you.

Parking:
One car may park under the building. A second vehicle may park in the First-Come-First-Serve lot monitored by the HOA. Parking for this building is tandem: sharing the parking stall with others in the building. Vehicles must be tagged with contact info for rearrangement. For additional parking options, please visit the Town of Carolina Beach website. We recommend that larger vehicles seek a paid parking lot off-site.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:
Electronic Lock Entry.

House Rules:
No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities 
No smoking
You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

The Neighborhood:
Adventure awaits on Pleasure Island. History lovers can walk the scenic, live‑oak‑lined trails of the Fort Fisher State Historic Site, where Civil War bunkers still stand. Nature enthusiasts will love the island’s two state‑managed coastal preserves: Carolina Beach State Park, home to rare Venus flytraps found naturally only in this region, and the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area, known for pristine beaches, marshes, and wildlife viewing. Both offer beautiful opportunities for hiking, paddling, fishing, and spotting pelicans or even nesting loggerhead sea turtles. You can also take the scenic car ferry across the Cape Fear River for a relaxing visit to the charming town of Southport, where quaint streets are filled with unique antique shops and galleries.

Unwind on your private balcony with a sunset cocktail, or head into town to explore the best of Carolina Beach. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk, ranked one of the Top 10 Boardwalks in the U.S. by Food & Wine, features classic seaside fun: local restaurants, an arcade, ice cream shops, bars, and the famous Britt’s Donuts. In summer, enjoy weekly fireworks and live entertainment, carnival rides, family nights, and Flamingo BINGO. Off‑season brings signature island events like the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival. Getting Around:
Getting around Pleasure Island is a breeze! While parking can be limited in peak season, especially in popular spots, paid private or public parking is available. We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.
