The room was very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the ocean view is great! There’s a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very quick in responding to questions. The beach was very relaxing, not crowded at all for last week in May.

Awesome overnight getaway

We live a couple hours away, but our children are in Wilmington. We normally come down just for the day, but figured we wanted a bit more time. Found this place, and it looked a bit dated but the cost was great for location. Ended up being surprisingly happy with everything. Beds were comfortable and it was in a great location to the beach. Was not a crowded area and it was nice relaxing time with kids. Got the house for two nights, but ended up leaving in the evening. We just wanted the second day for convenience of parking and beach access. Didn’t use the pool, one of them looked closed and the other was crowded with a lot of people. But we wanted the beach. Cable didn’t work, that would probably be my only complaint.

First time down to Carolina Beach and at this property. The owner has the checkin process down - key in the key box, parking passes (2) in the condo as well as the beach/pool access key fob. Third floor condo with parking under the condo so make sure you are good with steps Nice two bedroom condo - master has a full with its own bathroom. Second bedroom has full and twin beds. Plenty of blankets and extra pillows. Both rooms have paddle fans. Nicely decorated - beach theme ties in with the localKitchen has plenty of cutlery, pots, pans and glasses to choose from. Full size fridge - ice maker was disconnected. Nice deck - room for six to sit outside and look out at the ocean. We under appreciated how close this was to the beach - literally through an access gate, and over the sand dune and you are there. No need for a wagon or beach hauler - it’s that close and the access is pretty narrow. Beach is wide even at high tide and not crowded as it’s private access to condo residents. Not sure how old the building is, but salt is corrosive and you can see that at spots around the building. Pool maintenance came by dailyWhat could be improved - lighting is primarily through the paddle fans. Another lamp or two in the family room would be nice and the master could use another lamp as well. Master mattress is probably about ready to be replaced. Couple air vents could use a repaintVerdict - nice place, good owner, coming back to CB would use again

We enjoyed our stay. It's a 4th floor unit (under the building parking being the "1st floor" plus 3 levels above) with no elevator. But the deck has a good ocean view. Easy access to the beach and good location.

Great views and family time

This property is the perfect stay for a family with pets. Our time here was great and close to so much! The view is absolutely stunning and worth every penny! We couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach! Our family will definitely be back! The only thing that would make this property better would be an elevator!

Great view and location. I booked this for my daughter's 16th birthday because of price, location, view and amenities. But, when we got there we discovered there was no hot tub, as listed in the amenities. We made the best of it though!

Perfect for my family

Pros: Close to the beach with beautiful views. Enjoyed that we could easily walk to the boardwalk. Cons: The carpets need cleaning and the listing says sleeper/futon but it’s a regular sofa. Overall a good experience!
