Beautiful location for this apartment with sea view located 100 m from the Grande Plage. The center of Carnac-Plage and its shops are about 500 m, thalassotherapy 1 km, the supermarket is 750 m. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers. Duplex apartment of 35 m², located on the 1st floor. This property includes: \- Entrance to living room with sofa, television, table, chairs, \- Equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, induction hob 2 fires, fridge-freezer, kettle coffee maker, toaster, washing machine), \- Covered balcony facing south with nice sea view, table, two armchairs, \- Bedroom with 140 cm bed. \- Shower room with WC. \- Large open mezzanine with 2 x 80cm beds that can be pushed together and 1 x 80cm single bed.
