"Initially staying as a couple but upgraded to a family with no trouble. Reception staff went way above and beyond to accomodate a last minute booking error with the upgrade. Resolved quickly and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Room was fantastic and quite. Bed super comfy and read reviews and you will see shower en suite is just the best ever. Exceedingly highly recommended for staff, rooms and location. Will definately be back and hopefully soon. Thank you to all at Sandman Signature Hotels Glasgow."
