Unprepossessing exterior more than made up for by the staff welcome and the clean and extremely comfortable rooms. We had not prebooked breakfast but the cost was very reasonable for a small but well cooked breakfast cooked to order.

Clean and spacious room with nice bathroom. Staff very helpful and early check in wasn’t an issue. Didn’t eat here but restaurant looks reasonable. Within walking distance of train stations with access to city. Stayed here for Calvin Harris concert and easy to commute into Glasgow.

Great location for restraunts + bars. Our room was clean and very spacious. Our room was a Comfy super king, it was a quiet room had a nice view and a great nights sleep. Staff so friendly with useful info about the area.

Very comfortable bed, clean room, and good shower. No A/C which wasn't ideal on hottest week of year, but thankfully we got sun on morning so room wasn't unbearable come evening. The stand out at this hotel is the staff. Really friendly and very helpful.
