A block and a half away from the beach and in the center of everything. Even with that, it was quiet and private.

Perfect for seniors and/or extended family in multiple condos on same complex. Very fun! Good reasonable restraurants, fun shopping, good access to beach.

Pleasant Stay

Pleasant stay- nice sized, very clean updated older unit with comfortable seating and memory foam mattress, large TV, well supplied kitchen including spices. Our host thought of every amenity! Grounds were also well kept. Seemed like a good area, conveniently located within walking distance to everywhere. It was cooler than we expected for end of April, so we didn't make much use of the shaded nice little patio.

Never disappoints

We stay at this property every year and it is always consistent we love it and will keep going. The hosts are great with communication and everything is always very clean and the bed is super comfy!

Great Condo in the Village

This is a very nicely kept 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. The owner is doing what it takes to keep the place up. It was comfortable, close to shops and the beach and walking distance to everywhere you want to be. It was a great trip and we will definitely look for this unit to be available again. Pam is communicative and friendly.

Ideal location and well equipped, if staying more than 5 days there was no change of bed linen meaning that you had to launder them in one day.

Weekend getaway !

Great as always! This was our 3rd visit. Close to great restaurants, shopping and beach. Parking space is wonderful. Apartment has a casual beach vibe and love the front patio area for morning coffee or evening cocktail. We will be back again in May 2024.

Back Again

We've stayed in Pam's condo numerous times and always look forward to our next stay. Location is great as we prefer to walk or take the Coaster rather than driving. Occasional sounds from the upstairs unit can be heard. We do enjoy the sounds of the trains going by. We like to relax on the patio early morning and late evenings. The complex is generally quiet as most tenants are respectful of others.

Good location and great restaurants

The property was fine. Not our style but adequate and well supplied and located. Unfortunately it was quite cold so we were unable to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked. The mexican and chinese restaurants that we went to were wonderful. We did enjoy our stay but would have liked it a little warmer.

Great Choice in Carlsbad Village

The convenience of the location and the personal parking spot can’t be beat. The centrality also brings with it a bit of traffic and train noise, but it’s worth it. Pam was very responsive and easy to work with. We had an extended stay and got a lot of use from the well-appointed kitchen and pleasant patio as well as the community laundry.
