the area was just convenient for me, exactlywhat i what i was looking for. everything i needed to get done was in walking distance. the view is breathtaking( love it). the host is great at communication down to earth and friendly. everything you need is there. overall i felt good being home. will be booking again soon. 😊

My new home away from home...Beautiful and serene! I absolutely loved my stay ❤️❤️❤️ LOCATION: Mount Cinnamon is a mid-size resort located at the southern end of Grand Anse Beach. It boasts a Mediterranean aesthetic with lovely suites and villas that sit atop the hillside just steps from the beach. Walking distance from nearby BBC Beach. 15 min rides from most all other popular locales on the island. ROOMS: I had a Cinnamon Suite on the second level. When I walked in and saw the view through my wall of windows, I was blown away. It was a full panoramic view of Grand Anse and St Georges... sea to the mountains. I was speechless. The room itself was spacious, clean, with beautiful decor. I had a balcony, living room, large bathroom with shower, wet bar and mini fridge, and the most comfortable king sized bed. All rooms are up on the hill, so be prepared to get a glute workout 🙂 If you have mobility issues, no worries. There are shuttles available in minutes to pick you up from your room and take you around the property. BEACH: Clean, quiet, no seaweed, not too rocky. No peddlers. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Can easily walk on beach from Mount Cinnamon all of the way to Grand Anse Market. Snorkeling and paddle boats were available, but I didn't try them. POOL/SPA: Pool is pretty, but small. Due to the rainy season, it was hard to keep clean. The Spa space itself is underwhelming... no frills. However, the deep tissue massage I received was superb! FO

Gross misrepresentation of "luxury" (which is how the hotel advertises themselves on their website). Faulty sewage systems caused backed-up toilets and flooding and exposed family to biohazardous environment in our 1st unit. Family was moved to a different unit that was Filthy, Unsanitary, and with Unsafe Conditions as well: Hanging Wires, Mold, Cracked Windows, No Hot Water, Clogged Shower and Sink Drains, Torn and Dirty Bedding, Bugs, Disgustingly Soiled Seat Coverings and Cushions, Cracked Windows, Extremely Dirty Floors, etc... I have reported the hotel/owners to the Grenada Tourism Authority, Grenada Consumer Affairs, and Health & Safety, and will be following up. Hotels.com needs to investigate and reevaluate is this is a place that they are okay with listing as a 3-star hotel on their platform. The minimum expectation for 3-star is clean, well-maintained and comfortable for guest. The hotel is not safe, clean (not even sanitary), or comfortable. They are operating with a gross lack of maintenance. The owners have NO integrity, and refused cooperation or any accountability for the conditions of their property.
