While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team."" Loved having the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of a hotel. Staff were very nice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We recommended it to people we met that were not staying at the hotel. We especially loved the fish and the "live cooking" pasta. The only negative was that there were not a lot of pool chairs so they filled up quickly but that makes sense for the size of the hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
