Spacious Family Home with Heated Indoor Pool, Billiards, and Scenic Terraces

Les Préaux is a spacious house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Its four suites (bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet) offer exceptional comfort. The open-plan living room and kitchen (60m²) contribute to the warm atmosphere of the gîte.
Only a few decorative elements recall the former schoolhouse... but the swimming pool, billiard room, and large outdoor spaces ensure everyone feels at ease!
The indoor swimming pool is heated year-round. Dimensions: 3m x 6m, with a depth of 1.2m to 1.6m. Access is via a secure entrance with a shower.

For leisure activities: 10 minutes away, the Colmont leisure park offers treetop adventure courses, swin golf, boat trips, cycling, and more. Near Carelle, the Renaudies botanical garden features an ecomuseum, a corn maze, and numerous azaleas and hydrangeas, open from April to November 1st. Shops: grocery store, bakery, and restaurant in Carelle.
Carelle is located in the Mayenne bocage countryside, a hilly landscape with a mix of fields and woods. You are on the border of Brittany, 30 minutes from Fougères. The cottage is on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: kitchen/living room (60m²) with a raclette grill for 10 people, blender, microwave, Senseo hybrid coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, and 4-burner stove - 1 bedroom (20m²) with a double bed (140cm), shower room, and toilet - Laundry room (19m²) - Indoor pool area (50m²). The ground floor and surrounding area are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. LEVEL 1: Relaxation area with a pool table (25m²) - 1 bedroom (32m²) with four single beds (90x200cm) - 1 bedroom (27m²) with one double bed (140cm) and one single bed (90cm) - 1 bedroom (24m²) with one double bed (140cm), one cot, and a changing table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower or shower tray and toilet.
Tumble dryer. Baby equipment available in the cottage (2 cots, high chair, changing mat).
North-facing terrace with views of the countryside, and south-facing terrace overlooking the village. Private parking and covered areas. 1000m² grounds, garden furniture, built-in charcoal barbecue, and children's play area.

SUPPLEMENT: electricity charges based on meter reading, payable to the owner at the end of your stay. The swimming pool is heated by a heat pump; allow between €10 and €35/day depending on the season. Additional person €12 (1 person max).
No entry on Sundays.
Weekend stays: arrival Friday late afternoon, departure Sunday 4 pm (please check with the owner to suit your needs).
Stays of 3 nights or more: arrival evening 6 or 7 pm and departure around 10 am. Please reconfirm with the owner.
The cottage is located near the owners' house.
Pets are not allowed. The ground floor and surrounding area are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Please note: the swimming pool is accessible within its perimeter, but there is no pool lift. Open year-round.
