  • Set on a family-orientated holiday park, this handsome single-storey lodge is ideal for getaways with the children but could also accommodate several couples or a small group of friends. The park is tucked into the hillside, about 300 metres from beautiful Tresaith Beach, renowned for its cliffside waterfall and rock pools, and also a great base for swimming, surfing, kayaking and sailing. If you don’t feel like cooking, the village pub, also just metres away, serves classic dishes, and it’s only 8 miles to Cardigan where there’s a choice of shops and eateries – plus the historic castle. Walkers can stroll along the coast path, enjoying stunning views and looking out for seals and dolphins in the water as you go. Head to Cenarth Falls (8 miles) for a riverside wander and afternoon tea, or to New Quay, 12 miles away, for a dolphin-spotting boat trip.

    Head up three steps to the decking and the front door, strolling inside to find a bright, modern space with a vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The welcoming lounge area features soft seating, a Smart TV and a pebble-effect electric fire – perfect for snuggling up after a day by the sea.
