Other Things to Note:

• Discounts available for long term stays!



• Detailed check-in instructions, including the code for the lockbox will be sent to you on the day of check in.



• A fee of £50 will be charged for each lost set of keys, with higher costs possible for security keys. Additionally, replacing locks for security reasons may incur extra charges. We kindly ask you to keep your keys safe.



• A late checkout fee (after 10am) of £50 will be charged if the late checkout has not been pre-booked and the corresponding fee has not been paid in advance.



• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smoke odour, ashes, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to impose a minimum charge of £250 to cover additional cleaning and fumigation expenses.



• Parties, large gatherings, and outside guests are strictly prohibited. If sufficient evidence of such activities is found, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund and may enlist a security team to enforce eviction. A minimum fee of £500 may be charged to cover deep cleaning and disposal costs. Local authorities may also be involved if necessary.
