Loft-style one-bedroom apartment in a great location.  
  
This modern & stylish apartment has a private entrance, double bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious kitchen with all amenities and a cool, urban loft living room with great views.  
  
If you are looking for a cosy, great place to stay then look no further, excellent for events, gigs, an escape to Wales' capital city or for an extended stay.  
  
Within 1 mile / 15-20 minute walk of Health Hospital (University Hospital of Wales).  
  
You'll be staying in a maisonette apartment up one flight of stairs with your own private entrance.   
  
There is a kitchen-dining room, equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. The loft-style living room is up a short flight of stairs where you'll find a space to relax and a large screen smart TV.  
  
The is a bathroom has a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a double bed.  
  
You will have access to the entire space for the duration of your stay.

Easy access to the location in arriving by car from the M4\.   
  
Bus & train routes to the centre & surrounding areas.   
  
A bus stop, just 2 minutes from the house (board 27 outside Lidl on Caerphilly Road) will take you straight into the centre or Cardiff Bay. For Cardiff City Centre use buses 27 or 86 and for Cardiff Bay use X8 or 25\.   
  
If you’d prefer a taxi to the centre it would take around 15 minutes, if not less.. There is a train Station- Birchgrove Station and will take around 13 or 14

Didn’t have a welcome booklet so when heating never came on we couldn’t work it out. No major issue as we were out most of the time but it then randomly came on as we were leaving on last day??
