The property boasts a spacious living area that's tastefully decorated with ample seating for guests along with an adjoining dining area that has a large table with 6 chairs, ensuring all guests can comfortably enjoy a meal together. The large kitchen will meet all of your needs with the addition of a tumble dryer as well as a washing machine for added convenience. The property benefits from an additional lounge area with Smart TV to the rear of the kitchen including bifold French doors doors which open up onto a large garden space outside. Upstairs, you will find 3 beautifully decorated rooms, each comprising of a double bed with ample storage for your belongings. You'll find a main bathroom on the upper floor with both bath and shower facilities as well as all other amenities you should expect to find. Please note: The fireplace in the living room is display only and we ask that guests do not use this. Central heating is provided throughout the property so you can be sure you will have a comfortable stay. Guests will have access to the entire house with on street parking nearby. On street parking can be found on nearby side streets, approximately 150 yards from the property itself. Please be mindful of signage and permit only bays when parking on side streets. We can be contacted through the message portal of the platform you booked through or via telephone/email. The Grove is situated in the Birchgrove area of Cardiff. Just a 15 minute drive or 20 minute bus journey into the city centre, with the bus stop a short walk from the front door. Nearby Caerphilly road has a variety of eateries, should guests decide to eat out during their stay. You will also find some popular destinations nearby: Cardiff Castle - 2.5 miles Principality Stadium - 2.8 miles Blackweir Fields - 1.7 miles Roath Park - 1.7 miles The property is located just 150 yards from a main bus route into the city centre. Birchgrove and Heath train stations are also located an 18-25 minute walk away with connections into the city centre. Please note: A Security Deposit of £200 and signed T&Cs will be required to book this property via our Airbnb connected software.
