Stayed here to preview the area as we are thinking of getting a second home in Carbondale. This was a great unit. Only drawback was we had 3 cars and there is no on street parking. However there was an easy workaround- park on the main st 1 block away or in the Park out back. We were warned about this is advance. Not a significant issue since we knew what to do. Fabulous view from the Living Room. Excellent appliances in the kitchen. Garage was tight for 2 cars but again we were warned about this.
