Easy walk from the main plaza. Room was comfortable with amazing view. Excellent food at the restaurant. The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to assist us. After a few days we felt like part of the family.

The stay was fantastic. Hotel host went above and beyond. Boutique style property with incredible views and well located in heart of Capri. Super clean.

Service was excellent. Large room. Beautiful balcony and view with lounge chairs. Large bathroom with bath tub. Wonderful breakfast and service. Seems like whenever we left the room we came back and it was cleaned up. Would stay here again. Very helpful staff.

What a wonderful stay in Capri! The room had the most beautiful view, the staff was truly amazing, the pool fabulous, etc. And - the restaurant was tremendous! I hated to leave.

It was a difficult to find but well worth it. Staff was great before you walk to the property. There’s plenty of dining options then we walk straight down to the beach and then over the bridge back to the center place was excellent order.

Great Quiet Location with Breathtaking Views
This hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants yet far enough to feel private and have amazing views. I had a balcony room that had a view of the pool and the sea which was ideal. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They even helped my ship some boxes home. I also had a lot of dirty laundry when I got there and they had it washed and dried within a few hours. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in Italy and also had great views. The restaurant served lunch and dinner which I enjoyed both. The only negative would be that it needs some updating and repair but i would not let thay stop me from staying there again.

Capri was stop #2 on our honeymoon in Italy, and the staff at Hotel Vega was beyond exceptional. From the moment we booked, communication was terrific, and my mind was at ease with our choice. Antonio at the front desk was welcoming and informative. He helped us with our daily plans, transportation and provided WONDERFUL dining options off-property, although the meals we enjoyed on the property were fantastico!! Antonio (a different one), who I believe was the manager for the wait staff, made sure our meals and drinks were on point and always greeted us with a warm smile and boisterous "Buongiorno!" Salvador had our morning cappuccinos ready and waiting for us, along with a perfect breakfast to start the day. There was another young girl on staff who I would be remiss not to mention, but sadly I missed her name. (Annaccelo, I think, but apologies if I am mistaken.) Again, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We have not stopped talking about this perfect little oasis we found on Capri to our friends, family, and even people we met along the way, and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for everything!!

Small hotel with amazing views and fabulous pool
Small hotel with great service. Fabulous pool and restaurant with amazing views. Great location in quiet part of Capri, but still very close to restaurants and great shops. Rooms are simple but are very clean and all have great views!

Beautiful property on Capri with a super friendly and extremely helpful staff. The restaurant was also delightful and the food was excellent. Not one of the newer property’s but I would definitely stay there again! Loved my stay there!

We wanted to use the pool and that was one of the main attractions but we were off season so it was closed. This should have been mentioned on the ad. The service was good otherwise. Place was a bit dusty and they had a repair man come to the room to help with the shutters that was jammed and this should have not been done when we needed to use the room. This also left a lot of dirt and dust in the room and me and my friend had dust allergies. Breakfast was decent and the views were good.

Location was great. The views were stunning. The restaurant was an unexpected plus! The pool was fantastic. Everyone was very nice here. Especially the pool manager, Christian. With that being said, the a/c in the room didn’t get cold. As with the rest of Italy, there is quite a walk from the nearest drive-able street. The breakfast included isn’t exactly breakfast although they do have coffee yogurt and croissants. Also the shower head desperately needs to be cleaned but we came across this issue in our other hotels in Italy

Great hotel - Amazing Staff
I would have given this hotel 5 stars anyway - it was clean, beautiful, with amazing views, great food, and an attentive staff - but the management went the extra mile. I arrived a day late due to a delayed flight and missed connection. The management decided not to charge me for the first night, even though I had a confirmed reservation. This is unheard of in the hotel industry, and just further emphasizes that this staff really cares about it's guests.

Great hotel in a lovely position. Great pool. The staff were friendly and very willing to help. The evening meals were excellent and on a par with the more expensive restaurants in the centre of Capri. We certainly did not regret our choice.

Amazing service, a little gem perfect for romance
The Hotel La Vega Capri really is a little gem, and is perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, in particular the gentleman who manages the pool area - Fernando. He really could not do enough for us, and kept all the guests happy with his amazing service. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Caprese salad. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with great balconies and stunning views over the sea. The location of the hotel is very handy for popping into Capri town, only a few minute's walk away, where there are lots of great boutiques, bars and restaurants. The pool area is lovely and also has an amazing view, we were delighted that it gets more sun than the other hotels in the same area. We would definitely go back to Hotel La Vega and we happily recommend this hotel to other couples and families.

フロントの女性の英語はイタリア訛りが強く多少聞き取りにくいこと、迫力があるので多少押しが強いと感じる可能性が高いですが、とても親切に前のめりなサービスを提供して下さっていました。年配の男性も、こちらは控えめに優しく笑顔で対応下さり素敵でした。島だからか、ホテルが山だからか、水道からは多少の汚れが出ます。バスルームでは少し気になりました。

テラスが広く、景色がキレイでした。 備え付けのクローゼットは、古い臭いがして使いませんでした。。。 朝食のクロワッサンは、ホテルにて焼いているようで、カリカリしていて美味しかったです。
