« Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Henna was disappointing. The front desk service fell short, lacking warmth and attentiveness toward guests. Additionally, I visited the hotel to celebrate my birthday and informed the staff about the occasion, but there was no gesture of recognition. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to stay there again. »

« This was such an amazing experience staying in a cave, loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great. My husband forgot his watch in the room when we checked out so they sent it to our other hotel in our next destination in Istanbul. Thank you so much for that, we really appreciate it. »
