The location is about as good as it gets if you want instant beach access and a short walk to great food and shopping. The place is very attractive and well equipped. The little balcony is a great place to sit and drink your coffee in the morning. The only complaints we had was that the light and shade controls are very numerous and complicated. Also hard to see for us who need glasses. Also the TV was very hard to figure out and when we tried to call the manager for help no one answered or replied to our message. That said we had a wonderful time. It ends up being very pricey with the added fees but if you want a splurge it’s great. ##### Lisa W. Ive always wanted to stay in one and this did not disappoint. It has been newly remodeled with all modern comfortable amenities. Beautiful picture windows give you a breathtaking views of the ocean literally outside your door. Motorized window coverings were awesome lol! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and with the windows open all night you cant help but sleep soundly with the ocean breeze and sounds! Everything was clean. Check in a breeze. We cannot wait to stay again. If you can rent both the upper and lower unit I would highly recommend for access to beach supplies, laundry units and extra beds! Perfect for teens or inlaws hahahaha. Great communication with the rental folks and the apartment was amazing! Beautiful, updated interior, great location, awesome views of all of Capitola Beach, nice balcony, and very comfortable interior. Walking distance to Capitola Village. The first night was very quiet but the second and third nights were a bit loud as the lower unit became occupied and we could hear loud conversations and tv through a door in the hallway. Assuming the upper and lower units are connected by this door, it was a bit alarming when we heard voices on the other side of the door and then someone banging on it out of nowhere. Not a negative to the overall experience but it’s mentioned here so other renters know that sounds and voices carry. Overall, we loved the place and will come back!!! ##### Juan F.
