There were stains on the sheet and pillow case. I’m not sure if it was because of poor washing or if left from a prior guest, but after a 16 hr flight, I don’t want to make a complaint within the first 5 minutes of being there. The manager was friendly and helpful - he switched out the sheets but I had to ask him to change everything - from pillow cases to the down sheet - eventhough it was clear the sheets may have been used. The room was nice and comfortable and the water ran perfectly hot. I slept comfortably. The downside to the room is location - you can hear the foot traffic and staff moving about too early in the morning. However, I slept well and disruptions weren’t major. Other than that, the location is great, with eating options up and down the street.
