 Point Promenade, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy serene coastal  
 walks wrapped in winter layers, with cafes and bakeries close by for  
 warm treats and artisan coffee.  
  
 This studio is an excellent base for exploring Cape Town in the cooler  
 months, with the area’s rich cafe culture offering comfort foods, warm  
 bagels, and lively indoor spots for music and connection. The V&A  
 Waterfront, with its winter markets and harbor views, is just a 5–10  
 minute drive away.  
 Step inside to find elegant contemporary design paired with cozy  
 touches. The warm, open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge invite
