Newly refurbished luxe apartment nestled in the heart of trendy Green  
 Point in a well-sought-after secure building block. This walkable urban  
 village is a treasure trove of trendy coffee shops, bars, restaurants  
 and boutique stores. The apartment features a modern design aesthetic  
 with high-end finishes throughout. Enjoy uninterrupted ocean and  
 stadium views from the pool deck. This is located within walking  
 distance of the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town Stadium. Just a 10-15  
 minutes drive to Table Mountain and the famous Clifton and Camps Bay
